\ud83c\udf3f The Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University warmly welcomed an official delegation from the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), People’s Republic of China, on the occasion of their official visit and the signing ceremony of the Supplemental Agreement (SA) on 21 April 2026, from 09:30 to 12:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Kasetsart University side was honored by the presence of Prof. Dr. Dokrak Marod<\/strong>, Vice President for Research and Internationalization, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Wirongrong Duangjai<\/strong>, Deputy Dean for International Affairs and Internationalization, Faculty of Forestry. The XTBG delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Zexin Fan<\/strong>, Deputy Director General of XTBG, CAS, accompanied by faculty members and researchers, totaling 10 delegates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The signing ceremony was held within the framework of the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Kasetsart University and XTBG, with the aim of strengthening and expanding academic collaboration in biodiversity research, conservation, personnel training, and academic exchange between the two institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This visit marks a significant milestone in the ongoing partnership between the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University and XTBG, CAS \u2014 fostering future collaboration in research, staff and student exchange, and the joint development of academic initiatives for a
