One Stop i Service: KUIC

The Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University, would like to inform all relevant personnel and prospective international students about the One Stop i Service system provided by Kasetsart University International College (KUIC), designed to streamline international student support across three key areas:


🎓 1. Admission for International Students

KUIC offers two admission pathways for international students:

1.1 Full-Time International Students International students may apply to study at Kasetsart University through two channels:

Required documents include: passport, official transcripts, certificates/diplomas, motivation letter, proof of English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or KU-EPT), equivalency certificate, applicant photo, and health/medical insurance.

1.2 Short-Term / Exchange Students Short-term students apply through the KUIC Application Portal. Applicants are categorized as follows:

🛂 2. Visa Services

KUIC provides advisory and coordination support for all visa-related matters, including obtaining, extending, changing, or cancelling a student visa. The process involves 4 steps:

  1. Submit required documents via the Visa Application Form (at least one month before visa expiry)
  2. Wait for the KU Official Letter — processing time: within 1 month
  3. Pick up your documents at KUIC after receiving email notification
  4. Visit the Immigration Bureau — Immigration Division 1, Government Complex, Building B, South Zone, Chaeng Watthana Road

🏥 3. Health Insurance

In accordance with Kasetsart University regulations, all international students are required to hold health insurance covering the full duration of their studies. KUIC oversees the application and document verification process to ensure student welfare.

How to apply — 4 steps:

  1. Application Submission — Complete the Health Insurance form and submit with copies of your passport and student ID at the KUIC Office
  2. Payment — A deposit slip will be issued; payment is made in person at TTB Bank (TMB Thanachart Bank)
  3. Submit Proof of Payment — Return a copy of the deposit slip (orange document) to KUIC (coverage will not be activated without this step)
  4. Pick up your Insurance Card & Receipt — Staff will notify you by email when ready (approx. 4 weeks)
