Southwest Forestry University Visits the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University to Strengthen Academic Cooperation

On 24 July 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prateep Duengkae, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, together with Asst. Prof. Kitipong Tangkit, Deputy Dean for Executive Planning and Strategy, welcomed Prof. LI Jun, President of Southwest Forestry University (SWFU), People’s Republic of China, and the accompanying delegation, comprising Ms. QIN Yunfan, Director of the Division of International Cooperation and Exchange, and Mr. OU Guanglong, Director of the Office of Science and Technology.

The visit provided an opportunity for both institutions to discuss academic cooperation and strengthen their institutional relationship. It also marked an important step toward further promoting collaboration between the Faculty of Forestry, Kasetsart University, and SWFU in the areas of education, research, and student and staff exchanges in forestry.

The visit reflects the shared commitment of both institutions to strengthening academic partnerships and exploring opportunities for continued collaboration in the field of forestry.
